Corporate group programme running at a Vietnamese destination

What you are actually choosing between

Most corporate programmes in Vietnam are assembled from four or five suppliers with a coordinator in the middle. That structure is often cheaper, because the risk sits with you. It is the right choice for a low-stakes programme and the wrong one when your chief executive is speaking or a duty-of-care review will follow.

The row that saves the most programmes

October and November: Ha Long Bay is at its best of the year while Da Nang is at its worst. Fixed dates in early November are not a reason Vietnam does not work — they are a reason to look north. The full comparison.

Indicative prices before you ask for anything

Per person, twin share, four days three nights, VAT included, air excluded. Ranges rather than a single figure, because accommodation grade and season move the number materially.

Where cost per person goes back up

A 45-seat coach carries 44 guests plus a guide, so guest 46 adds a whole vehicle. On Ha Long Bay a vessel holds about 44 and a sun deck seats about 70. If your list sits at 45 to 48, cutting back to 44 is often the largest single saving available — larger than any negotiation on rate. Full price page.

What we will tell you that a cheaper quote will not

  • Which month will disappoint you. A February beach gala in Da Nang, or a January cruise on Ha Long Bay, will not look like the photographs you approved.
  • What the destination cannot do. Four parallel breakout streams do not exist on Phu Quoc or Ha Long Bay at any budget.
  • Where our accountability stops. Weather, delegate behaviour, suppliers you contract directly, and acts of authority. A supplier claiming unlimited responsibility has not read their own cover.
  • When another supplier suits you better. A group of twenty-five in a city we do not cover, or a training intensive that belongs in a city hotel near your own office.
  • What we have excluded. Gala production and alcohol are the two lines most often left out of a competing quote, and together they can be a fifth of the programme.
Common questions

Questions clients ask most

Do you operate the programme yourselves?

We contract and manage it. Delivery on the ground is by an operator contracted to us in each destination, named in your quote, holding its own licences and insurance. We remain your single contracting party and the point of accountability throughout — stated plainly because it is exactly what your procurement team should be checking.

Is the first quote free?

Feasibility and an indicative price range are free and take eight working hours. The detailed quote — named venues, hour-by-hour programme, itemised costing, dates held — needs a refundable card authorisation that is released whether you book or not.

How far ahead should we start?

Sixty days under 50 delegates, ninety for 50 to 200, and 120 in peak season or above 200. In October and November the constraint is function space rather than bedrooms, so earlier is better.

Can we get your documentation before requesting a quote?

Yes. The procurement pack is free at any stage, within two working days, and does not sit behind the authorisation.

Do you work in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City?

We handle arrivals, transfers and a city dinner in both as part of a programme running elsewhere. We do not present ourselves as a full operator where we hold no contracted DMC — if your programme is genuinely city-based, another supplier will serve you better.
